In a truly tragic story, our client was the estate of a 23 year-old pregnant woman who was involved in a relatively minor impact car collision that occurred at a 4-way stop intersection.

When she was taken to the hospital, it was discovered that her liver had suffered a laceration.  Despite all efforts to stem the bleeding, she expired the next day.

Her husband and two surviving children was able to recover total policy limits from the defendant driver and his insurance company.
